This online meditation is suitable for new meditators and those who would like to practice with like-minded people at lunch time to take a break.

The intention of this session is to nourish ourselves by taking a moment to come back to the now. Pause, find inner peace and serenity.

The attention will be on the body and it’s sensations, the thoughts and upcoming emotions.

As soon as we have received your registration, we will send you the zoom link.

The participation on a donation basis.
